Hi, I’m david gustafson.

I’ve tried a thousand different things to improve my performance.  But, performance improvement is definitely not my sole focus.  As a coach, and a human being, I’m focused on trying to improve in all areas.  I’m focused on trying to become more self-actualized and my authentic self.  I’m focused on becoming more conscious and loving in all that I do.  I’m trying to be more joyful and contented and generous in all my relationships. 

Peak performance is an outward expression of all of my inner work

It is important that I achieve Peak Performance because that means I’m doing the inner work – and doing it well.

And, if you’re reading this, you know in your heart that you have important work to do in this world

You have a purpose. 

You have unique gifts that this world wants you to contribute. 

At the end of your life looking back, you want to be able to say “I did all the important things I was sent here to do – I was awake to all the important things in life.  I didn’t let the little superficial insecurities distract me from the incredible life I got to live.”

But, like me, you’ve tried a thousand things to improve your performance.

You’ve probably heard of a thousand different things to help you “crush your morning routine”, how to be more confident and powerful in your conversations, how to stop the “commission breath” when you’re talking to potential clients. 

Some of this stuff works but it doesn’t feel like it’s really addressing the problem, like it’s making you feel like you’re really achieving your full potential in your performance.

I coach my clients to get down to the root factors of what creates awesome performance.
